Basque Cheesecake

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Basque-style oven baked light cream cheese with black burnt surface. The mix of bitterness and sweetness is what makes our signature Basque-style cheesecake delicious! LIMITED QUANTITY AVAILABLE EACH DAY. The cake is prepared by Deck. www.deckwaikiki.com
INGREDIENTS:
Dairy, eggs, flour, citrus juice.
6 inches, serves 4 - 6 people.
Serve cold; product will be frozen when picked up, please thaw at home.
Shelf life is 3 days in the fridge, 2 months in the freezer.
NOTE ABOUT THE BURNT SURFACE:
The cracked, bitter edge of the burnt surface varying from dark black to a mild brown is intentional and is the quality of a Basque-style Cheesecake. Baking soft cheesecake in a high heated oven makes the surface layer burnt, and under the hardened burnt exterior is the soft-center with all the sweet and creamy deliciousness that pairs well with the bitter layer!

HOW TO PRE-ORDER:
Preorder a minimum of 3 days in advance to allow 2 full days or 48 hours for us to prepare your order. For example, if you preorder by 11:59AM on a Friday night, we will need Saturday and Sunday (2 full days) to prepare your order. Pick up will be ready on Monday anytime after 8am and until 4pm. *No refund or replacement will be offered if the cake is not picked-up on selected date.
OTHER ORDERS:
If you would like to place an order for a pick-up that is less than 3 days, future orders farther than 1 week ahead, or multiple orders, please speak with our Manager to find out if we can accommodate!
PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS:
Please be ready to show your email confirmation and provide your full name.
Pick up will be available between 8:00AM - 3:45PM at Knots Coffee Roasters. located in the first floor lobby at Queen Kapiolani Hotel 150 Kapahulu Ave. Honolulu, HI 96815
*Street parking or parking across the street at the Honolulu Zoo is recommended. Curbside pickup is also available upon request, please call to notify us.

テイクアウト用にご用意いたしました！
贈り物やお祝いにもぴったりです。
食感にこだわり、短時間でぐっと火を通すことで外はベイクドで真っ黒に焦がし、
カラメルのようなほろ苦さ、中はとろけるようなレアな仕上がりに。
余計な味付けを加えることなく、チーズ本来のおいしさを最大限に引き出した濃厚な味わいとなっています。
原材料：クリームチーズ、砂糖、卵、小麦粉、シトラス果汁
1ホールサイズ：直径６インチ/ 約１５センチ、4~6名分。
賞味期限: 発送日から冷凍で2ヶ月、解凍後は冷蔵で3日間。
お召し上がり方：冷凍された状態でお渡し致しますので、
解凍されてから冷たい状態でお召し上がりください。
仕上がりについてのご注意点:
中はやわらかく、その触感の違いと、苦みと甘味を楽しんで頂く商品です。
柔らかいクリームチーズを強火のオーブンで焼きますので表面の仕上がりが
真っ黒に焦げることもございますが、味と品質に問題ございません。
※焦げのある食品に抵抗のある方はご注意ください。
※写真のケーキは焦げが控え目のものです。
** ピックアップはケーキが出来上がった日に限らせて頂きます。
ご注文を頂いてから最短3日後にピックアップして頂く商品ですが、
可能な限りお客様のご要望を承りますので、お気軽にご相談ください！**
※例：土曜の夜２４時までにオーダーをして頂きましたら、
丸2日間（日曜と月曜）を空けて頂いて、ピックアップは火曜になります。
※必ずではございませんが、日程のご確認をこちらから
メールまたはお電話にてご連絡させて頂くことがございます。
※ピックアップをなされなかった場合の返金や、
ケーキを新しく作りなおすことは出来かねますことをご了承ください。
